The International Honor Society in Psychology.

¿Cómo te ves a ti a futuro?

  7. J4L.com creates an environment focused on facilitating genuine connections across borders. The site's emphasis on profile completeness encourages users to share meaningful information about themselves. Their https://j4l.com matching system considers compatibility factors beyond just physical appearance. I noticed the gender ratio is imbalanced, with more women than men on the platform. The credit system requires strategic use to manage costs effectively. Profile photos must pass moderation, which helps maintain site quality. Privacy settings allow users to control who sees their information. The success stories section features testimonials from couples who met through the service, adding credibility to their approach.

The way Doménica highlights the liberal arts approach and supportive faculty at USFQ is particularly compelling. It’s clear that her experience there went beyond academic training—it empowered her with the self-belief and interdisciplinary mindset needed to navigate the challenges of starting a business. Her ability to recall classroom lessons and draw on her network of peers to overcome real-world hurdles like legalizing the business and managing permits shows the practical value of a strong university foundation.

Most importantly, Doménica’s commitment to child-centered therapy and her desire to create a space that truly respects and responds to the needs of young people is admirable. Her vision for Learning Place’s future as a national leader in innovative psychological care reflects a clear dedication to long-term impact. With a strong academic foundation from USFQ, where she studied psychology with a minor in education, Doménica continued her path with a master’s degree in Developmental Child and Adolescent Psychology at the European University of Madrid and specialized training in systemic therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. The foundation of Learning Place was inspired by her professional experiences and the mentors she met along the way. After completing her studies abroad, Doménica returned to Ecuador and, together with her partners, began developing the idea of a therapeutic center. What started with a simple logo grew into a legally established and fully equipped institution. Despite the many challenges of building and formalizing the business, she highlights the importance of support from her peers and the resilience required to overcome obstacles. Her motivation has always been rooted in freedom—the freedom to innovate, create evidence-based therapeutic practices, and design programs that respect the socio-emotional development of children and adolescents in new and meaningful ways.

Looking toward the future, Doménica envisions Learning Place as a leading therapeutic institution, recognized for its innovative and inclusive approach to child and adolescent mental health. She is particularly committed to supporting children with disabilities and those who have experienced trauma. Personally, she hopes to inspire others by showing that psychology and education can be powerful tools for change. For Doménica, working with children is not just a profession but a calling, and she sees her future as a continuous journey of growth, impact, and heartfelt dedication to the lives of young people. 18. Studying psychology at USFQ changed my life in a big way. I didn't simply study about psychology; I learnt how to be an entrepreneur and have faith in myself. I found Teas Gurus whenever my homework got too much for me. There, I could pay someone to take my TEAS exam or obtain help with my homework. That help made my academics easier, and USFQ became more than just a school; it became a real partner in my achievement!
